I've used this hub daily for over a year with my MacBook Pro to add USB-A functionality. It hasn't failed me. My only complaint is that it only has two USB-A ports, when sometimes I need a third. But that's not the hub's fault. Ensure you know how many and what type of ports you require before purchasing. But you won't go wrong if you do buy this one.
