I bought this for my husband for Christmas and I couldn’t have picked a better gift. He loves omelets and this contraption does not disappoint. It cooks perfect, fluffy, moist omelets every time (& I’m not particularly a lover of omelets & even i like them). He has started sautéing various veggies at the beginning of each week & bagging them up, so he’ll throw some of those in with cheese and eggs & have a quick, nutritious breakfast in no time. Super easy to clean, too. Kudos to whomever invented this device!

What a gem! Lots of intriguing ideas for omelettes. And some interesting other ideas to make in your omelette maker.Worth the time and money. Buy it used if you’re able. Would make a great gift for someone going off to college or just starting out on their own.

I was surprised at how many different recipes there were for making omelettes

I wasn't impressed by the recipes in this book. It was not worth the money.

Dozens of recipes for all kinds of omelets including dessert omelets. Having a ball trying them out!
