Whatever they do provide is not as important as making sure you order the right part. I suggest spending about 5-15 minutes going over the steps on ifixit dot com .... they have the best tutorials on DIY fixes. If it's something you think you can handle then order. I thought this was a great screen, I broke the first one being careless pushing it into place on the corners. But I ordered another and it works great. better than original. If you follow ifixit you should be alright

Does this include the digitizer? I need the digitizer as well.

That is the digitizer. The LCD screen is under the digitizer and is what displays the graphics, mind you it is very delicate and don’t pinch it to hard when removing as it cracks very easily!
