Directions

Soak the sponge in water for 1 to 2 minutes or until it fully expands. Use with your favorite body wash or soap. Squeeze out excess water and hang to dry after use. For best results replace sponges every 2 to 3 months. For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
