I had been out of minerals for a month. And really had lots of arithris pain in back. Got it because the price was reasonable. Although the amount one takes is larger than my other minerals. It started helping after 3 days. The flavor is okay. I got the raspberry flavor. It is not bitter like many. That is a plus as many are hard to use because of the bitterness.

I've used this in 2024, now again. There's nothing out there I've found as effective, to ensure minerals are present to help with vitamin absorbition of food. This stuff works even on skin rashes caused by enviornment. I used it for a week and my skin and health improved 100% within 72 hours. And the price is half of what I used to pay. Get it.

Excellent product, taste great and healthy.

It tastes GOOD. I'd like to drink the whole bottle like soda pop if I could! However, the one ounce required daily will make the bottle last a month, or better than two weeks if my wife wants some too. She's not entirely convinced about the benefits of minerals even though she proclaims to never see me sick. I get run down from over-doing it sometimes, but a good night's sleep will have me bouncing back the very next morning. I take my minerals with my vitamins and BP pills every morning. Why not 5 stars? Well, the minerals listed on the label are not all that I wish I could take; I prefer ALL 76 of the trace minerals in the bad-tasting, expensive stuff that I'd had in the past, but I will continue to use this product, nonetheless. The price is good, but the taste is most gratifying.

These supply a nice balanced mix of the minerals that your body needs. Makes me feel a lot more alive.

Great addition to my daily nutrition

This is a great way to drink my minerals. I add it to my water bottle with a few drops of liquid stevia. This helps keep my electrolyte levels in balance because I exercise frequently and sweat often. The taste is pleasant and the price is nice. Do not be confused by other reviews stating the SEALS have holes in them. That small circle on the seal is how the machine attaches and vacuums the seal onto the bottle. I have ordered this product for YEARS and have never had a seal that was inferior or unattached.

I had heard on a health show podcast that colloidal minerals maybe what you need if you have sore joints. I had bad knees and knew I needed to do something. I wanted to relieve the problem and not cover the problem over with painkillers. This was not a fast fix for me. It was a good 3-weeks later that I thought I felt better on this stuff than without it. And this stuff wasn’t horrible to drink. I would put in 2 tablespoons in a 5-ounce glass and add tap water and drink it before bed. I also thought that I got good value for the price I paid for it. I bought another brand that was a third of that bottle at almost the same price. I thought the list of minerals in the bottle was pretty complete and safe. Be aware that I have see some companies make this stuff and include some of the more nastier minerals like aluminum in it. It may not be the best in the world but for the value and the ease of getting this brand and for what I asked of it, this did exactly what I needed of it. By the way, I don’t use this now because I found out that a food allergy caused my inflammation in my knee so I solved my problem.
