Excellent buy, excellent value! Ease of use: product is extremely easy to use. Camera window is easy to locate which makes this extremely easy to identify how to place your phone into the pouch. Waterproofing: product operates as advertised. My family and I used these pouches in a saltwater bay. They were brought into the water and used to record both in and out of the water, fully submerged at a snorkeling depth of 3 feet or less. Clarity: these pouches do not even appear to be on when taking photos and videos. The clarity is uncanny. Durability: the pouches lasted a full 8 hours of boating along with approximately 2 hours of water time. They do seem like they will last a considerable amount of time. Issues: forward camera is not accessible for facial recognition. Don’t expect to unlock or authorize electronic payment using facial recognition while your phone is in the case. Phone can still be unlocked using your alternative method. Additionally, the side button can be challenging to manipulate. This can pose an issue for those who use the side buttons to take photos or videos, to lock the phone, or for other uses. I do not consider this a problem as I bought these pouches for their waterproof and floating properties. In these categories, the pouches are excellent! Money well spent!

My husband and I used these pouches in the ocean on our recent vacation. They worked just as advertised. We could fit our IPhones (with our everyday cases on). It was easy to get the phones in and out of the cases. We also got great pictures in the water without worrying. It even worked taking some underwater pictures. We swam out to a sandbar and were snorkeling and diving in the water and the case did float and stay put due to the clasp on the lanyard. A quality purchase.

The pouch seems well built, with extra padding to protect the phone. My Galaxy S25 fits perfectly. I was able to operate the phone through the pouch. Pictures came out clear (attached). I did the recommended test and submerged it in water in the sink for 20 minutes. The tissue came out dry (picture attached). I do not plan to use it underwater on purpose, so I am confident it will protect my new phone in an unintended water encounter.

I trust these very much and they are the quality I expected from Pelican but I took one star off because the clear plastic does scratch pretty easily. I threw these in a dry bag with some other soft-ish items like some food in wrappers, my wallet, and a small bluetooth speaker and they came out with lots of little scuffs and lines all over the plastic. I wasn't even throwing the bag around or anything, just handling it regularly getting in and out of the water on a kayak float trip down the river. But 4 stars because they float with a phone in them and have a way better locking mechanism and materials than any other phone pouches I've had. I trust these so much more than any other brand so I'll buy them again in the future.

Took this on a trip to the Galapagos. Worked great for snorkeling and hiking - kept water and sand out. Photos thru the case are perfect. Neck strap is adjustable. Great price.

I bought this waterproof pouch to use my phone at the beach and the pool, and it has been a great purchase. It’s completely waterproof, so I can take photos and videos without worrying about water damage. The case feels secure, and my phone stays fully protected while still being easy to use through the cover. What I also like is that it has enough space for more than just the phone—I can keep my money and a card inside, which makes it very practical when I don’t want to leave my things unattended. The lanyard is comfortable to wear, and the pouch floats, which adds extra peace of mind. Overall, it’s a very useful and reliable accessory for vacations and water activities.

I was on the fence but really glad I bought this at the last minute. It fits the pixel 9 pro even with a phone case already on the phone. Kept both phones dry. It floats and the phones did not overheat. It can take sharp photos underwater but depends how deep the water is, it is not consistent underwater, it can be hard to press the button underwater. Best to use a timer for underwater shots.

I almost never write reviews, but hopefully this can help someone avoid dissapointment during an upcoming adventure! First, let me say the case price/quality ratio are great - especially for a brand you can trust. Seems well-built, it's nice that they float (kind of...I'll explain later), and I had no fears my phone might end up wet during my adventure. However, 3 major issues keep me from reccommending it to anyone who might use it for underwater pictures in the ocean: 1) More often than not, it didn't recognize my finger while under water. At the surface - even while dripping wet - it worked just fine. Under water, barely ever. 2) The bulky design (large to fit big phones. Padded to make it float) meant that it was quite difficult to feel/find the side buttons to trigger the camera (extra important since the touch wasn't working) 3) The last problem was even more critical because of 1 & 2. The camera "window" is very soft and flexible plastic. The vast majority of the times I was actually able to snap a photo, the waviness of that plastic distorted the image beyond being usable. This was extra-bad because much of the time I needed to squeeze the case to press the volume button and trigger the camera - flexing that window and distorting the photo even more. All in all, trying for over an hour to capture as much video and pics during a snorkeling adventure in beatifully-clear water, I was able to get maybe 4-5 pics worth keeping, and one short video clip. That snorkling trip was the whole reason I bought the case, so it was quite a dissapointment. I'm not sure how more people didn't report a similar experience. I am sure I'll get a lot of use out of this on future trips on the lake, kayaking, etc, but this definitely wasn't a great option for underwater shots in the ocean.
