I swear by these if you get a good batch that gets to you when it should. It's meant to be kept refrigerated but it arrived late and not in a freeze pack, so unsure of the quality of the last batch as opposed to the first batch where I felt the impact within a couple of days. I think I'm on placebo at the mo hence 4 stars and not 5. Bought for my mum and other fam.

I just keep buying over and over again. All you need is one a day and you really notice the difference. I am not one to get bloated but do with some food groups, this really prevents that. It is said that most illnesses start in the gut and I feel it has helped on that front too. I have tried most on the market, this is the best.

Very good price for 42Bn pro-biotic blend - most cheap brands would be 3-5Bn at most. Also the brand I personally trust that been around for a number of years. I am taking with a number of other supplements to improve digestion and help with other health issues, and I can honestly say they are working as I can see the improvements over time.

Very good, I was recommended these UDO Super 8's specifically by a nutritionist and they are really helping my candida and bloating etc. My dose is 2 per day, after meals (31 yr old male). Also take it with naughty food (read pizza, ice cream etc) to cheat on your diet with less pain and improve long term gut health.
