Wow great robot vacuum !
PRO's - I've only had this vacuum for a couple of days but already LOVE it. It is replacing my iLife robot vacuum that has been an awesome product in its self. The iLife worked great but, being over 5 years old, I wanted to get more modern technology. The Dreamme Bot is amazing. I set it on a schedule and when I wake up in the morning, the whole house is clean! Its ability to not get stuck, a common thing with bots, is great. The cleaning power does a great job and gets about 99% of all dirt. I have two cats and the hair is no challenge for the Dreame Bot. I also love that it talks. It not only tells you what its doing but if it by chance got stuck or caught on something ( I deliberately got it stuck to see what would happen) It not only announces that its stuck but it tells you exactly how its stuck and what to do to free it! When it is finished cleaning, it returns to the base and the base empties the bin completely. I have not used the mopping function yet but, will soon. CONS- I would really love to have it connected and controlled by Alexa as advertised but I have not found anyone online that has had success. I tried for a couple of hours to get it to link up but nothing works. In searching everywhere online I see no one having success. It doesn't work and Amazon needs to stop saying its Alexa compatible. If you don't care about Alexa pairing, this is a great vacuum. UPDATE 11/13/2024 : Still love the Dreame D10+ but had a problem with it being REALLY loud all the time after using it 10 months. So loud you couldn’t hear talking or TV when it was in the same room. Cleaned it, changed the filters and brushes to no avail. Changed the suction selection to no avail. I have all tile floors. Finally today I went through every single setting and found if I turn off the “Carpet Boost” feature it fixed the problem. Since I don’t have carpet its not a big deal to not have the “Boost”. The vacuum does a great job anyway so even if you have carpet, you shouldn’t need the “Carpet Boost” setting.

Keeps on going
Had for 2 years now, never had any issue, still running strong. Battery still lasts for our 2000 sq ft area. Does great job vacuuming our hard floors, we dont have carpet. Mop is just a water tank and pad it drags around doesnt oscillate and have to fill up reservoir on robot every time you want to use it. Auto maps, but need to edit no go zones. App is not easiest to use, and maps seem to change themselves after unit runs around a few timees. Sometimes gets stuck/lost under dining table, and cords, shoes, area rugs, dog toys and similar can tangle into roller and unit shuts down in place but same as every other robot out there so just fyi as you shop. Gave 5 stars because it still works and performs as expected considering features, also lots of options to buy filters, bags, and rollers.

UPDATE: Mopping stopped working after 4 months
Used to love this -- now the mop has suddenly stopped working. There is no solution to make it work again and the app is no help. Bummer. //// I'm in heaven with this thing - it has alleviated a ton of my cleaning stress (2 dogs and a man to clean up after). The LIDAR mapping system works very, very well and I was impressed with its ability to map my house. I have been generally pleased with the vacuum. I run it daily, and it keeps things pretty neat. I only feel that I have to vacuum the corners once a week (vacuum doesn't do a great job at corners). My previous robot vacuum (a eufy from 2019) would constantly get stuck under things - no issues with that here. Very pleased as well with the self-emptying function. It has gotten wrapped up in shoe laces twice, so tidy up before your vacuum is set to go around the house. It gets a ridiculous amount of dog hair sucked up, which is so nice. Regarding the mopping function - you have to add an attachment to the bottom of the unit to run the mop, and you fill this attachment with (a very small amount of) water. Then send the robot on its way to "mop," which is really just a microfiber cloth moving water around on the floor. I just ran the mop for the first time and wasn't very impressed, but it's better than me having to go mop the house. I didn't understand that - and also thought the mopping function was integrated into the "Self emptying" system. Knowing these things wouldn't have dissuaded me from buying, but I might have considered a more expensive unit. Overall, I would buy this again and again. Im very, very pleased with performance - I'd probably be even happier if I had known what I now know about the mopping functionality, since I was expecting more.

The verdict is still out.
*update: new vacuum works perfect 1 month in. *original still valid review Okay, here's the thing, this is probably the best robot vacuum I have ever owned. This is because of the app. The app works great, the no-go zones are a lifesaver for when you have a large house and you have had issues with robot vacuums finding themselves in places where they constantly get stuck. The map generation is pretty spot on. This robot cleans in even lines so it makes a nice clean look on your carpets, and as long as you have it turned to turbo suction, the suction is amazing. You can make this adjustment in the app. You do not want to use the preset suction level as it is not strong enough in my opinion. The battery level is pretty good, it can clean about 1,100 ft² on full turbo suction in one and a quarter charges. This comes out to be about 700 ft² on a full charge. You can view the picture I am posting to see a completed cleaning sequence, and the paths that the robot took. So why am I only giving this three stars? So here's the thing, this is obviously a Chinese knockoff device of the more mainstream robot vacuums. With this, you have pretty poor quality control. The robot does not feel cheap, and it seems well built, But I receive a bumper sensor error on almost every cleaning, but there is no error. I literally have to jiggle the bumper on the machine to test the error. I did a simple Google search of this issue, and I see this is a common issue. This happened with my robot within the first use. I have requested a replacement, but if I get this error once in the first week, the robot is getting returned. If I get this error once and the next 30 days the robot is also getting returned. Typically the majority of Chinese built things will work, but if you catch the unlucky draw, you are just in a bad spot. But what I've noticed about cheap Chinese knockoffs is either they work in the first 30 days or they don't, but if they survive that 30 days you are good to go. So with all of this being said, it is up to you to take the risk of running the gauntlet. Good luck, and hopefully the company fixes their sensor errors.

Suction/ vacuums great
Suction power is great and maneuvers & cleans rugs, carpet, laminate flooring . Goes around furniture/ obstacles with no problem. The mop feature is less desirable & Got this thinking it's great for the 2nd feature option. So word of caution , Don't spend extra for an upgrade with the mop feature. Cause the Mop feature sux. It don't clean. It just gets your floor wet and you have to clean its mess! We didn't return it, cause the vacuum works fantastic! ( we're afraid if we get another, it might be a lemon lol ) so we just don't use the mop feature. 🤷🏻♀️ We also love that it's self cleaning 👍❤️ We don't have to clean each time we use it. But We it at least still clean it once a week. Tho it says u don't have to. So far, this cleans suctions superbly ( beyond expectations ), charges well, & self cleaning is a plus. On the Negative side , is the mop feature is a failure . ( so we just do our normal swifter which is 100x better )

Absolutely love it!
I was unfamiliar with this brand, so I was a little hesitant to make the purchase. I've had it now long enough to give you a good idea of the testing of it. The setup and getting it running was super simple. It maps out the location, and the battery life is excellent. Of note, on my first floor it's all hardwood and tile with just rugs. It had no problem covering about 2,000 ft². My upstairs however, is all carpeted. When it completed the upstairs I put the suction power at the highest level, cuz I wanted it to give it a good cleaning. The mistake I made is that it picked up so much stuff, that when it went to clean out itself in the base, it got clogged. I would not blame that on the machine, more that it just picked up a ton of stuff. I was able to clean it out without issue. Also, I use this to replace an older Roomba that I had. This one is very intuitive and does a better job of cleaning. It also has several different options that I won't bore you with, just read the description. Overall I'm very very happy with the purchase and have recommended it to friends and family already. It's definitely worth the money, and it is very well built and have good quality

WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN
It does suck up dirt and lightly mops the floor. However, it keeps running after the dump tray is full, which by then is just spreading dirt around, not vacuuming anymore. Does not reliably empty the dust tray when it returns to base. Does not consistently empty the dump tray even when the base does attempt to empty the tray, and it frequently does so poorly that the tray is still stuffed when done the function. Also annoying that they will not stop asking me to join their community of vacuum lovers, after asking them to do so.

My 5th Robot Vacuum and best so far
I have owned a number of robot vacuums over the years, done a lot of research - have owned roobas, sharks, Botvac D7. This dreametech is for sure the best I've owned. It mapped my house very quickly - the mapping tool in the app let me quickly set up no-go zones. I like the fact that I can clean just a specific room. Mopping is "Meh" - it's like wiping your floor entire floor with one rag or one wet swifter pad. It's not really mopping - but it's something. If your floor is mostly clean and you just want to touch it up the mop function works. I really like the way the lidar works vs my other vacs (like the shark) that is VSLAM - video slam- which is a video camera that sees stuff but it figures where it's at by slamming into things. The radar on the dreamtech works and it rairly touches my walls or objects. It does get confused around my glass door wall, and keeps trying to get outside - but I made that a no-go zone. Biggest con for me is that the base uses a vacuum bag. For sure they could have designed a bagless method - but you have to buy bags. Yet bags are cheep (under $2). I also think they could have made the onboard dust bin a bit bigger. Mine fills up during a full house run, and I need to empty it.
