Understanding Diagnostic Tests in the Childbearing Year: A Holistic Approach

This book is way bigger than I originally thought. It is detailed, covers how to bill for lab work, when to order and how to understand them. References for further reading on each section. This was not a required reading in my CNM program but I am glad that I purchased it.

Fantastic overview, the most thorough on the market, for all tests needed in pre-natal, postpartum and newborn situations. Highly recommended!

Fantastic midwifery resource. Highly recommended for all midwifery students and registered midwives. Definately worth purchasing as a clinic text and personal reference. Internationally relevant and current. Quite possibly the most useful midwifery text I have used.

The most comprehensive lab guide for midwives, no doubt. This edition packs a ton of information, and it's definitely my go-to whenever I need to look some lab results up.

Anne Frye is one of the best authors of midwifery reference books. This is a great reference, especially for out of hospital midwives.

Anne Frye pays more attention to detail and is more thorough than anyone I've ever read. If you don't know about something, you will be sure to know it back and forth after reading anything Anne Frye.

Wonderful reference. She explains things in an easy to follow manner and provides useful information and remedies for OOH providers.

What else is there to say? This is a significant book for birth work! It has served me so well and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in birth work.
