THIS IS MY SECOND WALLET THAT I HAVE GOT LIKE THIS AND I GOT THE SAME KIND THAT I GOT THE LAST TIME! EXCEPT THIS ONE DOESN'T HAVE A HANDLE ON IT LIKE MY LAST ONE DID.. I LOVE THE COLOR AND I GOT THE PLUM BECAUSE THE PURPLE WASN'T VERY PRETTY.. I TOOK ALCOHOL TO MY LAST ONE TO WIPE AN INK MARK OFF AND IT MESSED UP MY OTHER BILLFOLD.. I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS ONE AND I THINK IT'S A GOOD ONE AND I HOPE IT HOLDS UP AS LONG AS MY LAST DID ..

I would have given this 5 stars, except that one of the snaps was broken when I opened it. I'm glad there are two snaps because, at least, I can use the remaining one. I will try to use a made-for-flexibility strong epoxy (E-6000) to add the snap cover back on. I will be seeing how this other snap holds up over the course of time and will amend my review, if necessary. Forgetting the snap situation, the wallet itself is beautiful. Nice, soft leather. A note enclosed said to use caution when using this item near light materials, so I am going to guess that the color (I ordered black) is susceptible to bleeding. This wallet definitely holds all my cards with ease. I did double up on a few cards to make all of them fit. (Does every single store have to give out cards? Do I have to take them all? Ha!) The horizontal card holders are a bit snug, but I'd rather have them snug than loose. I can retrieve my cards relatively easily. The removable check book/register holder fits my duplicate check book and two registers. A separate zippered area has another zippered pocket for change and two bill pockets. This wallet is a bit bigger than my usual wallets, but the larger size does make it easier to keep everything neatly inside. There was absolutely no offensive odor to the wallet (whew!). Overall, I really like this wallet. I'm bummed about the snap as I read a few other reviews that said the same thing. I was hoping that mine wouldn't have that problem. I am keeping the box that the wallet came in, just in case the other snap breaks. I've had cheap wallets over the years and I don't remember any snaps breaking on any of them, so, I am disappointed that this is already an issue. Time will tell. I will give it 6 months. If the remaining snap breaks before that....back it goes. If that seems like too long to give it, I will argue that I can get a wallet at Wal-Mart for $12.99 and have a snap that will hold up for years. I am not one to be concerned about what others think about me when I take my wallet out. I bought this one because I wanted to treat myself and found it, through reviews, to be the best one for my needs. UPDATE: I've had this wallet 2 days....and the second snap broke. I am so annoyed because it's such a nice wallet other than the snaps not being secured on the piece. Back it goes. ANOTHER UPDATE: Okay, if you really love this wallet (like I do) and the only problem you have had with this wallet is that the snaps have come off, then I suggest you buy E-6000 adhesive. It is a glue that dries flexible (I use it in my jewelry making when I use leather, cord, etc.). I put a small drop on each of the snaps and left them to dry overnight. I have been using the wallet since with absolutely no issues with the snaps. I'm going to upgrade my review to 4 stars because with this problem solved....this wallet is PERFECT!! Love the room, love the supple leather, love how I am organized (at least when it comes to my wallet.)

I've always looked for the best organization I could find in a wallet and the absence of gewgaw trim. This gewgaw-free wallet is by far the best organized I've ever owned. Such a pleasure to use! No flimsy plastic pockets for additional cards. Those never hold up and are unpleasant to use. This wallet has enough slots for everything, with no need to trim cards to fit--a first. I thought my last wallet was well organized, but it couldn't hold a candle to this one. There is room for everything. And the zippered pocket within a slightly larger zippered pocket is a stroke of genius. No more accidentally finding change all over the bottom of my purse, no more paper money caught in a zipper. To be honest, I'm not quite sure how much of this wallet apart from the closure is genuine leather and I don't care. The wallet is attractive and superior in design. The stitching is exceptionally neat and should hold up well. If something happens to this wallet, I will seek out an exact replacement in a heartbeat.

Hey, here is my review The color I got I'm in love. It's wine color. It's hits me like a vampire theme. Best part is how many card spots there is. In my old one I had to stack up all my cards because it only held 12. All my cards are in it's own place. The wallet is big however it fits in all my purse I get. To my small backpack to medium handheld. I really hope it last because this would be my favorite wallet. My husband says he would love one like mine but he means a man wallet. If something happens to it I will update you. Oh yes big one my ID in my old wallet i couldn't get it out. This one is easy. It has a lot space to put recipes or space out your cash. Honestly I didn't smell nothing I'm half deaf I can smell everything.

I love my purchase! I was skeptical of what the quality would be, but, I am amazed! The stitching is very well done. I purchased the black and the pebbled leather is so soft and buttery feeling. I also love the design of this wallet. Provides so much space for cards with ease of access to get them out. I placed my checkbook in the separate zipper compartment where cash or coin will go and use the checkbook flap to hold stamps. With how much room there is for essentials, it remains thin and not bulky. And who doesn’t like the smell of leather! I highly recommend. Itslife wallet is very nice especially for the money.
