We are loving this door knob! We installed it for a barn door, it was quick & easy. We put in codes, fingerprints, and set up the fobs quickly. It was very user friendly. I love having multiple pass keys to open the door Becuase we have clients that will use it. They get their own key or passcode. Great product.

Feels like good quality. We love the fact there’s multiple ways to unlock. You could use all fingers on both hands if you wanted to. So far the only problem is sometimes I have to have the smart lock read my finger 1-3 times before it actually unlocks and other times it gets it on the first try. The passcode and key card work great. I have had the smart lock installed without batteries for 2 months since I did not have WiFi. When I got WiFi I was able to completely set it up and so far the app has not given me any issues. The installation process was pretty straight forward but for some reason I’ve had issues on both doors trying to change out the plates into the door frame because the locks no longer went into the holes in the door frame after I changed them but that may just be the way my door frame is built lol. Would recommend to anyone who might be a little tired of struggling to find your keys while you have other things in your hands. Also to anyone who would like to know when a door gets unlocked.

Easy installation and very easy set up. Really liked this product and has got an amazingly competitive price. I highly recommend this product.

This lock was perfect for my laundry room door. It was easy to install, easy to sync to the app and I like the variety of ways to use it - key pad, fingerprint reader, back up key and key card. My daughter (10 years old) was able to easily figure it out too. I just ordered 2 more for the other doors in my house. I bought two more for the other locks in my house and it was great to be able to sync and easily program them all to collaborate. Very happy with these door locks!

Lock works very well, was very easy to install and setup, whether using touch, fingerprint or the app it works well. Had an issue with the lock months into owning it and customer service was excellent and took care of my issue quickly.
