Works pretty good, initially was hesitant of switching from house help to a machine. But this works better, the only thing that you need to do is move the light furniture like single seater sofas, it cleans pretty good around the center & side tables. Corners are cleaned better than what a helper would do. Bought after alot of research and would highly recommend, works same as robots worth 70-100k at half the price & the app features work perfect for cleaning just a room / zone / timer with or without mopping.

Mopping is not good , it is like toy item . Not useable for home cleaning , return also rejecting don’t buy

Not a good product
It died within 18 months of purchase. Looks like people have realized that the quality of build is not that great and hence sales must have dropped consequently bringing the price to less than half of what I bought it for. Also, it appears that the APP has a mind of its own and often loses the stored map necessitating to make it relearn the map. Neither does it last long, nor does it hold value and hence not a wise investment.

short battery life and constant glitches with the map
I purchased this in 2021 on Amazon . I was asked to change battery in 2022 exactly in 1 year . It was within warranty so covered , but again in Dec 2023 14 months after the battery was changed it needs to be replaced again . i know friends who bought Samsung and irobot around the same time , but hassles are less and going strong . I have to constantly keep mapping the whole house and redrawing the walls and boundaries , as the robot sometimes crosses over despite restriction to an area . The scheduling hasn’t been smooth either requiring constant monitoring . The device isn’t something you can schedule and forget about . The service by Cambium retail has been pretty good , with detailed responses and support videos .

Doesnt work
The machine is just not working, we are unable to get any support. Neither from amazon nor from the seller. How can this happen on amazon?!
