Simply the best work trousers.

I grabbed the Dickies Action Flex trousers for daily site wear, and they’ve quickly become my go‑to pair. Sizing is spot‑on; the waist and leg measurements match the label, so there was no awkward break‑in period. What stands out first is the stretch‑blend fabric. It’s tough enough for brick dust and crawling under floor joists, yet flexible enough for deep crouches and quick ladder climbs. The pocket layout is genuinely useful: deep slash pockets up front, a reinforced ruler slot, and a roomy thigh cargo that swallows a multimeter or smartphone without feeling bulky. Despite several weeks of hard use, the fabric shows only honest wear—no frays, no blown seams. They also wash exceptionally well. After two hot cycles to tackle oil, and paint stains, they emerged looking nearly new; colour stayed solid and the stitching hasn’t puckered. A couple of things would make them perfect: built‑in knee‑pad slots for longer jobs on hard floors, and perhaps more colour options for hotter worksites or hi‑vis requirements. But for all‑round durability, comfort, and pocket practicality.

Had them quite a while now...all good except the button broke but replaced with a hammer on & it's been fine. Nice fit, quality thickness and very comfortable.

I have had these Dickies Action Flex Trousers for years now. The last two pairs I bought was about 3 years or more ago. Considering that they each have been through over a hundred and fifty washes and a lot of movement and sitting down at work (Working on construction sites as a Telescopic Forklift Driver and Traffic Marshall. They have worn very well. The pocket zips are a plus point. Three zipped pockets in fact. Great to keep a penknife zipped and in summer a phone and wallet zipped up. The fly zip has got better over the years and this years design is stronger but should this be a metal zip? The belt straps are stronger and wider so they last. Length is about right but if you are a tight 34 inch for for the 36. These trousers do not get too hot in the summer but still plenty of room to wear thermal underwear in the winter. If you do not need tool flaps on the trousers then these are a good choice.

Sizing is a bit off. I got the 32/30 definitely could have gone for the 30/29 if there was one. Good trousers otherwise.

Ordered for other half, he says they fit as described and is very happy with them. Zipped pockets are a plus.

Bought these before just in navy. 38W 34L, when new pair arrived in black they are completely different fit and leg length. So they do not fit. Returning for a refund. No wonder Amazon gives the warning „frequently returned item”

Quality seems fine. The lower pocket is right on the knee so if you have stuff in it, you can't bend your leg to well.

Wenn man bei Dickies seine Größe kennt ideal, lieber eine Größe größer bestellen :)

Die Hose sitzt perfekt. Super Verarbeitung. Bei Dickies macht man nichts falsch. Kaufe die Produkte schon über 30 Jahre und war nie enttäuscht. LG 😀

Material is ok but the sizes are all over the place. Ordered a 34/32... Recieved what was labelled as a 34/32 but when measured is actually a 36/34. Wouldn't recommend
