Excellent Choice
The size is perfect on this and the process of applying it is really simple. I recommend applying this when it is warm, perhaps even hot out to get the adhesive to stay on well. I put one on the front grill and tailgate and they have both been on for a while now and are stuck on good. I don't have any complaints about this.

Looks nice and simple to install (front)
Looks nice and installation was easy on the front of my 2010 F-150. It looks so good I ordered another for the rear. There was not any kind of instructions included so you will have to figure it out on your own. In addition to the two self threading nuts, there are plastic tabs that have to be pushed in to release the pins on the back of the existing plate to get it to release. I hope the back will be as easy as the front! Edit - I ordered one for the rear. I removed the panel at the top quarter of the tailgate and while it allows access to the latch mechanism, you can’t get to the back of the logo plate from there. There’s a support beam that runs across that blocks all access below it. Save yourself some trouble and open up your tailgate to make sure you can get to it before ordering

Great initialy but fails to stay on.
Went on great, though it was scratched from the seller. Clearly a refurbished item. Installed the item and went on fine (note do not tighten the nuts too much or it will break one of the posts). It also has a a sticker to hold the main grille item on, BUT it does not hold the flag part on as was evident after going for a drive. The flag part fell off. Though was surprised to see that it was a generic Ford grille underneath. Reviewing the picture of the underside, it appears the flag part was simply something put OVER a regular emblem. I had this happen to a couple others and thought this one would be different but it is the SAME as from other sellers. It will go on easy and look good, but once you take it for a drive, the flag part comes off. AVOID, Not worth the $$ for it.
