WASTED MONEY - DISGRACEFUL PRODUCT - BUYER BEWARE
it would b unwise to buy this Lexmark - my 2nd purchase I was hoping for better , Brother is better, and careful same partnership w/ Xerox a bit better. I HAD UNIT SWAPPED OUT TWICE IN 3 MONTHS !!!! TWICE. AND THE SECOND UNIT HAD VARIOUS COPY, PRINTING ISSUES WITH THEIR TRAYS, YOU CAN NOT GET A REFUND FROM AMAZON, AND THE SELLER - LEXMARK - DISGRACEFUL - WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE BACK THEIR UNIT FOR SOME REFUND OF 100-150 DOLLARS, PROBLEMS SIX !!! TIMES - JUST REFERRED TO LIVE MOROCCO WOMEN, NICE BUT COULD NOT RESLOVE.

Relatively easy to set-up, wifi seamless print easy, I had to watch the video to get the scan to my gmail set-up, and went slow since I am not computer savvy. The most important feature was true duplex copying and scanning, so when I have 2 sided originals it saves me a lot of time. Print quality is fine for me, I got it for a big discount on Black Friday. Small footprint compared to canon which it replaced

Easy to setup even without a phone or a computer.
My only problem with this product is the cost of new toner. Hopefully, this will not always be the case as new toner may drop in price as the printer gets older.

This is the second one I ordered, the first came with a crack in the glass but they quickly replaced it and this one is perfect

DO NOT PURCHASE LEXMARK!!!
DO NOT PURCHASE LEXMARK!!! Lexmark firmware update broke the printer. Support said they would send a replacement cartridge to fix the issue. Case was escalated in order to effect the replacement, but instead of replacing the cartridge to fix they problem they cause, they advised me to purchase a new cartridge, which is expensive. This company is not trustworthy and don't honor their warranty commitments. DO NOT PURCHASE LEXMARK!!!

Double sided printing works reasonably effectively. Haven’t used the auto feed yet. Set up was a pain. Had to get in touch with CS as there is no specific driver update provided for the MX431 on the site but we figured out a solution. Connecting wifi was a problem so connected via cable.

other than a small paper tray the unit is excellent much faster but smaller and lighter than my older Lexmark, which is going on for over 20 years. I simply trust lexmark, and their customer support is excellent
