Quality and Look
My daughter-in-law recommended this to me - it plumps lips and leaves them soft and shiny. Can be used alone or on top of a lip stain or lipstick. I always have one on hand!

Worth every penny
I love this plumper so much it works so well and it lasts FOREVER it does have a tingling feel but I love that definitely a great value and the color Isn’t strong so you can you with a lip color.
