Yes, I literally can’t use mine anymore because the water just leaks everywhere from the sides

Unfortunately mine came with a remote but it never worked. I suggest you use the button on the massager itself.

Q: Where do you acquire replacement pumice stones?

I find it better to soak my feet, then pumice outside the bath, otherwise the water gets gross with skin and might clog the bubble covers.

Q: How long does it take to heat up?

It does not take long a few minutes. With the remote, I am able to control the heat level
