Hoover Enhanced Clean Steam Mop Pad (2-Pack), WH01000

Does a superior job of grabbing the dirt and holding on to it. Easy to attach/remove. To clean, simply wash (with a little vinegar to disinfect them) and air dry. Not sure if it damages it in any way, but plain vinegar in the rinse softens them (don't use commercial softeners). I have four pads and use them all to clean 1100 sqft - one is used just for the bathrooms - don't like the idea of possibly spreading fecal matter into other areas (yes, no matter how clean you may be, urine and fecal matter is all over the place - just flushing your toilet with the lid open can spread detritus 3 or 4 feet).

I order the hoover twin tank that I am so in love with I would totally recommend it to anyone and I have it leaves my floors spotless I have asthma and other pulmonary issues and I will tell you not once has it caused me an issue I purchased extra mop pad which are exactly like the ones that come with the tank. I am glad I did because we have to clean our floors every two days due to my condition its easy to wash them all at then end of the week and start all over. It was good quality and I will reorder again.

I received two of the same, both the solid pad. They came in a plastic bag with a barcode label. When comparing them to the Hoover brand ones I received with the mop, I found that they were missing the Hoover tag on the white side of the pad. These were a good price for the product, but if I think I am buying Hoover brand, I would like to know that is what they are for sure, and I think these are a knockoff.

These do work and fit the Hoover twin tank great and I will give a 4* I would have gave 5 if they would mention what you are getting! I hoped at least 1 was the 1 with holes that i needed.. But neither is so will have to cut and do myself! Other then that they work great!

I bought an extra pack of them when I purchased the steam mop. They have lasted a long time and are durable. You should wash them out after you clean the floors because they will stain if you leave the dirt and chemical on them for long periods of time and the pad will break down over time. If you clean them they will last a good amount of time. The rougher the floor the more it tears the fibers of the pad and will make you throw it away much quicker. I only buy the genuine pads because if you care for them they last. Amazon usually has a good deal for a twin pack and Amazon sells the genuine Hoover cleaner chemical as well. Buy here and save yourself time and money!

Very happy to have discovered this appliance through my upstairs neighbor. It works beautifully and cleans thoroughly, without any strenuous effort. Both the maids and I discovered how simple it is to give a fresh look to our area rugs and carpets. Great Value and very handy: a "must" including wooden and marble floors!

This says its for Hoover Twin Tank, but it's not as think as what came with my steam mop and one of the pads had 3 holes in it that serve for some purpose, but is totally useless to me. So instead of buying 2 pads, I really only got 1 useful pad. As you can see, the box picture hides the one with the holes. The description on the Internet didn't explain clearly enough, what I was getting. All I really wanted was exptra pad like those that came with my original steam mop...why is that sooo hard? There are cheap thin pads out there too, but I really like the thick original pads that don't leave streak marks. Ugh! Makes me just want to go back to the old mop.

I am a gate guard in the oil patch. We have caliche for the roads and pads super super dusty. Wind and trucks stirring up the dust. I have to sweep everyday. I was using a regular mop and the floor felt as if all I did was make a fine film of mud. My daughter has a steam mop so I thought I'd try it on my floor. I use it every three days. The floor is so clean my feet squeak as I walk across it. I love it and have told other gate guards about it.

I am only giving 4 stars because I only love 1 of the replacement pads and I find the pads with the 3 holes absolutely useless.

I am rating this product low because of the following reasons: 1) The pad that is shown on the box cover is not the same quality (thickness) as the one that shipped with the steam cleaner, though it looks similar; more importantly, 2) the two pads that are supplied in the box are of different types. What you are not seeing is the second pad, under the top pad, has three large holes. Apparently they are meant for different uses: multi-surface and hard floor. Why they differ they don't explain and if there needs to be a difference why didn't both come originally with the steamer?
