Fun and sturdy
Three year old grandson enjoyed this toy. Like many Melissa & Doug toys, it’s well made and fun.

Home daycare approved!
This is a good quality toy for children. I ordered this for my home daycare and the kids loved it so much they were fighting over it, so I ordered a second one.The second one’s red key did not fit in the key slot so I returned it and ordered a replacement. The replacement’s keys worked just fine and the kids can now enjoy having both sets.It took me a while to realize there was a little lever you can push next to each of the garage doors that will help eject the cars from the garages, which is a nice feature. I got these on sale and feel they are a good value for the money, the colors are vibrant and my 2-4 year olds all love this toy.

My son is 3 and loves cars and be absolutely loved this toy. It has 3 different shaped and color coded keys for each wooden car and has a little handle at the bottom of each “garage” that pushes the cars out. It’s kept him entertained for hours and he’s practicing his hand eye coordination by using the keys.

So cute!
My son is OBSESSED with garage doors at the moment, so I had to buy this for him! It's cute, durable, and he plays with it every day! It's a good size, he's able to easily carry it, and there is plenty of room for the vehicles it comes with. Definitely a good purchase!

Solid quality
Exactly as pictured. Solid quality product. Mine arrived with two chipped corners but likely dropped during the shipping process.

Very good educational toy
This is a fun toy that also, helps develop motor skills. The only negative thing was that one of the doors tends to stick and busted my finger once on it.

Its almost perfect
This is the toy for a 2 year old! I used it to teach him the roles of first responders, dexterity (locks and keys) colors and organization. The keys are color coded and only unlock the same color garage. I watched him learn how to fit the individually shaped keys into each lock and was so proud of his success. He looked at the t-shape ended key and figured the shape had to match the t-shaped hole and his face lit up. Of course then he thought I needed to understand it and showed me how to do it. He had been working another toy that matched shapes in holes (highly recommended) and that made this learning process easier. It is VERY sturdy and withstands him standing on it and probably my weight as well. The trucks are carved wood blocks. The weakest points being the axel and wheels but they are VERY sturdy. He's almost 3 in a few months and he plays with it a lot still after almost a year of use. He likes all his hot wheels, sand box cars and trucks, but when it comes to role playing and locking with use of keys, this toy is the so great. Highly recommend! I don't know if there is a perfect developmental toy but this one should be in every 2 year old's toy box.
