Schar Bread Deli Style, 8.5 Oz (Pack Of 5)

SO GOOD! No where near any other gluten free/Vegan bread I've ever had before - texture and taste very much like regular bread. It's not the same as sourdough dough I remember but it's darn good bread! **I've tried multiple flavors from *Simple Kneads* as well (garbage)

This is the best gluten free bread I’ve ever had, and it’s the only one that I eat without toasting it first. Does it taste like the real thing? No, it doesn’t. But it’s the best in its category. It’s pricey, as all gluten free products are, but buying it from Amazon saves the cost of shipping for Prime members. Recommend.

As with all gf bread, a few loaves will have large holes.

Most gluten free bread is pretty bad. Schar's Deli style bread is actually really good! ANd a mormal sized slice. the downside is you only get 5 slices in a package, but it's so much better than the other options that I don't care. One note, it says it's "Deli Style Sourdough" but it's not. It's really like a rye. A pretty good rye. :)

Love this bread It is great for French toast or sandwiches.

This is (easily) the best gluten free bread I have ever found. I got pretty good at baking my own but this Schar Deli Style bread is perfect. I highly doubt anyone would know it was gluten free if you didn't tell them. But then again, I haven't had bread with gluten in a long time & even when I did, I never ate the super soft sandwich bread. At any rate, I think it's incredibly good. Additionally, every Schar product I have tried has been excellent. This is a great company!

this is usually a great product, BUT: ordered at end of July, and received 5 loaves all with a 'best buy' date of mid JULY. All stale. reordered (waiting for refund), replacement arrived five loaves smashed into a plastic bag. all loaves folded, creased and smushed...inedible. Now what? I have ordered this bread many times, and has always arrived carefully packaged in a stiff cardboard box. Ridiculous!
