Nice laptop and works great. I bought it specifically for running Plan7 Architect and it hasn’t glitched once. Other than that software I run Microsoft office and open AI apps. No problems here. I wish it had a little bigger screen but I knew it was a 14” when I bought it. This was the best laptop I could find for the money. I paid about $370 for it. It’s refurbished but looks great. No noticeable scratches and the battery holds a charge. Came with an AC adapter/charger.

Outstanding value. I ran battery diagnostics and the laptop I received has a brand new battery. I don't think you could get better performance for the money. Plus, I feel good about saving it from a landfill. Only defect I've found is a couple deep scratches on the bottom, but that doesn't bother me at all.

Good laptop for office works and daily use. not for gaming but enough to help you earn enough money to buy an actual gaming laptop. Use it well and it will last you longer. And also worth the price.

The loaded Win 11 operating system it came with would not allow it to boot properly. I had to take it in to a computer shop and have Win 11 reloaded. (I did not want to return it due to time constraints). Worked fine afterwords. The unit is in nice condition and has a good battery.

I’m not sure how old this laptop is. I bought it used. It has been great for me and it was great for the person before me. If you can’t afford $2000 for a new computer, I don’t mind a little bit of outdated for around $400. You can get a great used laptop.

My older Dell was starting to fall apart, it also could not support Windows 11. Looked for a refurbished laptop on Amazon and decided on the 7420. It looked and felt new and is more then fast enough to support my needs. Can't go wrong with a Dell Latitude laptop

Arrived safely, a day early. It looks and feels brand new. Worked right out of the box, installed with Win 11 Pro. A *lot* faster than my current ancient laptop! It turns itself on as soon as I open the lid. Nicely backlit keyboard. No DVD drive, and it only has a single USB-A port, but there's a USB-C/Thunderbolt port too, which was handy when installing software from an external DVD drive. Battery was about 2/3 charged when it arrived. I've not yet used it much, so I can't really comment on the battery life. Very pleased with it so far. I'd recommend it.

The laptop is great and I didn’t know when I picked it out that it had a touchscreen so that was a bonus. Only problem is there is a battery issue and won’t charge unless completely dead. It goes from 55% straight to dead within minutes. The charger blinks when plugged in but works just fine as long as the computer is dead. I would say it’s a good computer if I can get that fixed. The condition it arrived in was excellent and could barely tell it was previously used.

As soon as I got this Laptop I loaded AVG antivirus on it . I was getting pop up after pop up and even AVG couldn’t rid this laptop of the viruses on it . The whole windows 11 was full of faults so I sent it back for a refund.

Va muy bien por lo pronto y llego integra muy bien el empaquetado.

Al parece funciona bien, la batería dura 2.5 horas, pero al principio no la pude cargar porque el cargador que me enviaron tenía un adaptador que no era compatible, tuve que conseguir un cargador de lenovo para usar el adaptador

Apenas tiene un mes de que estamos usando la Laptop , estaba arrojando errores , se auto resetaba y de plano hoy no encendio. Voy a tramitar la devolucion
