I've been severely struggling with energy management for over a year now and generally feel very fatigued after coming home from work to the point I can't manage the energy to do much of anything besides lay in bed and it's been affecting my life and social life terribly. My therapist had used this and found it to be beneficial for her when she is struggling with maintaining energy, so she recommended it to me. I started with the recommended dose of 3 and there was a noticeable difference for me when getting home, I had the energy to cook and clean up afterwards. The next day I took 6 (the recommended dose is 3-6 pills/day) and there was a drastic difference, I returned home after work and was able to clean my entire home on top of doing my other necessary tasks and this persisted the entirety of the time I was taking them. It's been a month since I finished the bottle and my energy has dipped back down and I'm struggling again so I decided to order another bottle. For me, the difference is very noticeable with these vitamins. It doesn't give me an ansy type of feeling but energizes me enough that I don't want to just sit around. I'd say my biggest complaint about these is the price point, especially when you're taking the highest recommended dose of 6 a day, the bottle doesn't last long but until I can find a doctor that listens to me and takes me seriously, these are helping me out.

For me this is exactly like taking nothing. No more energy than before. Just out more Amazon dollars.
