Important note: Crickets tend to go dormant in cold weather. If you receive crickets that appear dead, please allow a few hours for them to warm up to room temperature before contacting customer service. Our Premium Disease Free, Pest Free, Live Crickets. Many cricket farmers have tried to produce a cricket that is as healthy and hearty as ours, but few have succeeded. We cut no corners when it comes to raising our crickets. If you've ordered from other sources in the past, you're sure to appreciate the pristine quality and professional packaging that we've worked so hard to provide to you. Buy in bulk for an even better value. Some amount of variation in size is normal and expected, as these are a natural product. Remember when feeding insects with a hard outer shell (crickets, roaches, etc.), they should never be larger than the space between your pet's eyes. How long can I keep my crickets alive? The life span of a cricket is 8 to 10 weeks. Our small crickets are around 3-4 weeks old, mediums are 5-6 weeks, and larges are 7-9 weeks old. Your goal should be to order at least a month's supply at a time, so it's best to order more smaller crickets and allow them to grow. All of the products that you need to feed your crickets for that month can be found in our Kricket Complete Kit. Review: excellent crickets!! - These people are excellent to do business with their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend them and their crickets! You get exactly what they say they are going to send and they arrive good to go (naturally very thirsty after their travels but if you feed and water them right away they will recover from their journey and be ready for your pet in an hour) These are the people I have been looking to deal with and I know you will be pleased as well Review: Great size all live arrival - My chickens love these. They come safe and securely packed and so far, 2 times ordered, they have all arrived alive and live a few days. My chickens eat them so I don’t need to keep them for very long.

Small and almost all dead
Unfortunately this batch of crickets were not large and most were dead. I have ordered large crickets before and were great but this second batch was a fail..

Packaged Well.
The packaging was great. The crickets were still alive, but I don't believe I got 110. I brought these out to my chickens (I have 13 chickens) as a treat. I maybe counted about 30, if I missed a couple maybe let's be generous and say 50. That was a bummer for me, as I had planned on giving them some every evening at least a few times. I really want to accent the positive though and say how well they were packaged and they were still alive. Just an expensive one time treat.

So far, EXCELLENT!
We ordered these for our beardie. We live in a very small town and have to drive a haul to buy crickies at Petco. They live for about 3-4 days and we have to toss over half of them due to attrition. The drive is annoying that often so we gave this a try. We are on day 5 of our 1st order and these little guys just siiiiing us to sleep, as they are thriving as they wait to be eaten. It's like camping, but inside, and with snow outside! We are happy for the hearty bunch and our Taco Man Lizard thinks they are deee-lish! I already placed the order for our next round! Just buy them.

Several came dead/missing
I figured I’d have a few dead crickets when I received them. That’s just how it goes. However, I didn’t expect to receive only half my order. I typically don’t count bugs but when it looks significantly less than what you paid for, well… you start counting the dang bugs. Lesson learned. I’ll stop being lazy and go back to the pet store.

Great Crickets!
I have been using these guys for 3 months now and on my last order they sent me, the postal service killed every last one of them. I messaged them through Amazon and after a few days I got a response and the order was fully replaced the next day and they were all alive and well like before. The best part about the cricket I receive from this company is they actually live about a month or so with a few carrots or potatoes so my animals can take their time eating them.
