No mobile app support
Though I liked that a star is named after me but to get more information or view the star is next to impossible..they include some material but it is very technical in nature and there is only image that appears which is also not of your star but the constellation...on inquiry with sales team they suggest u have a look throught telescope...they have no mobile app support ...wud suggest people to go with other website where they also have mobile app support and can see the VR and AR qapect if the altar on your phone...Disappointed with this gift
