Is the head soft and flexible plastic like a Barbie or is it hard plastic?

Yes.This is same plastic like a barbie.

Can the Barbie change colors in the bath?

I bought 4 of these and out of the 4 only one changed colors. The direction says to put the tale in icy water. So I don't think it will change in warm water.

Are the legs Flexible?

There are no legs. The tail fin can be moved back and forth.

Can you get just the accessories? My daughter loves it but didn’t come with a purse like pictured ?
