Along with working out, will this help me lose weight?

It definitely can help. The key is to burn more calories than you take in. The calories must be good ones, no matter how hard you try you can’t out exercise a bad diet. This stuff is basically pure protein. I use 2 scoops in 16 to 20 ounces of almond milk everyday for breakfast as part of my 1700 calories. Along with exercise daily, increased protein consumption and lowering (not eliminating) my carbohydrates I lost 50 lbs in about 9 months and have kept it off.
