Q: Does the license fit to size or is the window larger than a standard license ?

My Georgia drivers license fits the space nicely you could put something in that is just a smig larger. It is the correct size for a credit card.

Q: How does it fit in the front pocket?

It fits fine....I have about 15 - 18 cards stuff in mine (license, membership cards, discount cards, credit and debit cards) --- and it fits fine in the front pocket of my pants that have deeper pockets (jeans, cargo, khaki pants) ---- I have a few pair of casual / dress pants that are slim fit and it's a little bulky with those, but I still LOVE the wallet. The one I had before did not have a zipper, and it was a struggle to keep all the cards contained. Can't go wrong with this one! The picture on Amazon showed a vertical slot for the license, but it's a horizontal slot --- still not a deal breaker for me!

I love mine. I use it in my purse, but if you don't add too many credit cards it would fit into your back pocket. Though it is not thin like a wallet.
