I received this on time but it had spilled all over the box . I'd suggest to wrap it it plastic bubble wrap when shipping. I was sent a replacement immediately! This product is amazing! At first when I smelled it I wasn't very impressed. I didn't know if I'd like it. But let me tell you this lathers up just enough. It feels silky smooth. Rinses out amazing and my dogs hair is shiny and beautiful! He has very curly hair and it was very easy to blow dry and the conditioning aspect is beyond amazing. I will continue to buy this product as long as it is available. I would highly recommend the chi for dogs! The smell is actually very nice and pleasant. He smells clean! No doggy smell!!!!

Nice scent!

Gave doggy a nice sink bath with this. He told me he likes it and he enjoyed his spa like experience. He also enjoyed that the conditioner is built in so it made blow drying nicer for him. He asked me to continue using it. His wish is granted. Good boy.
