Super nice fan, easy to install, attractive, quiet, easy remote control, variable speeds, lights and dimmer. Excellent value.

I purchased this fan due to the super low price from Sofucor's Amazon Store. Frankly my expectations were low and thought I would just doubted them based on price thinking it was too good to be true. Sofucor made me a "fan" of their company (excuse the pun), because they delivered on everything!Here's what won me over.1. They're right its easy to install. I installed the fan in less than 15 minutes after removing the old ceiling fan. Everything you need is the box except the screw drivers.2. The instructions had QR codes to easy to follow videos for installation.3. The old fan I replaced was a Hampton Bay Fan that came with the house used 3X times more power than the Sofcur's.4. Sofucor's remote is a little different to get used to but at least it works! The Hampton Bay remote didn't work. It require me to run downstairs turn off the breaker and by the time I returned to the fan with the remote the internal timer won't allow me to program it. Sofucor's worked out to the box!5. Sofucor's fan is quiet. - really quiet.6. Sufcor's fan moves the air better than most I seen or used.7. The fan looks GREAT. The wood is real, although a light weight wood it's attractive. The previous one from Hampton Bay had blade made of press board.Suggest Areas for Improvement.1. Please pay a native English speaker to adjust the wording in the user manual. There are many errors which include spelling, dropped phrases, and grammar issues. I am not one to critically analyze anyone's English skills because my own are so poor. I believe correcting some of the issues in your installation manual would show off your products quality better.2. Page 8 of the Use and Care Guide for the KBS-52245 showed a medal hanger hook on the the hanger plate. Specifically in photo 13 there is wire to temporarily hang the motor while wiring. That wire wasn't on the unit I ordered.3. On page 7 there is a picture of a wire to connect the LED's to the cable. The unit I received didn't have th cable extending for the LED plate. The connect was on the edge of the LED plate. The figure on page 7 photo #7 should be corrected.In summary, I love the fan and now am a FAN of Sofucor's ceiling fans. I will be buying a few more.UPDATED: I have since purchased 3 of them myself, and I have installed 3 more for family members who purchased them. Everyone is very satisfied with them and they love the way the fans look.

I installed the fan, but found that the receiver/remote did not work. I contacted customer service, explained my troubleshooting and they promptly sent a functioning paired receiver and remote. The installation was relatively easy (installed myself, 65 yo woman). Fan and light work great and look nice. I am very happy with the fan and impressed with the customer service.

Love these fans! We got four for them, and they work super well and are as lovely as the photos. Fan size is perfect and works really well to move air around the room. I also love how adjustable it is. Only issue is that the light always resets to a sterile white light, and we prefer warmer. We haven’t figured out how to set a home setting, so it’s actually kind of annoying. The other issue is for people (like us) who lose power often. If you sleep with the fan off and have a power flicker— the “smart” light resets to the blindingly sterile white light and fan off as the base setting every time the power comes back on. Nothing we’ve tried has worked to fix that issue. Hopefully we’ll discover it, and I’ll update this review to only the awesome stuff about it. Otherwise, we’re going to ditch the smart bulbs whenever these lightbulbs die and hope that at least partially fixes the issue.

I needed three ceiling fans for three different locations. I gruelingly researched for hours, days, weeks searching for modern style ceiling fans. Let's just say I did my homework. The ceiling fans at the big box doors just weren't doing it for me. I dived down the rabbit hole of Amazon’s ceiling fan selections and eventually stumbled upon the ceiling fans with solid wood blades. I was immediately hooked. My first desire was for aesthetics and secondly perfect function. I read hundreds of reviews to determine which was the right ceiling fan for my situation. I finally decided on the Sofucor 52 inch ceiling fan for my den location and am pleased with my decision. I hired an electrician to install, so I wanted to make sure it assembled properly before he showed up with his hourly fee. I easily assembled it using the online video and the installation manual as my guide, and it assembled perfectly. The wood blades are deceivingly lightweight. All the holes aligned properly and the screws worked properly. The electrician quickly installed with zero issues and using the remote control to operate, the ceiling fan came to life working flawlessly with no balancing necessary. This ceiling fan looks expensive with the solid wood blades, it is hard to believe it is the same price of the typical fans with MDF/cardboard blades that don’t even have DC motors. My electrician was quite impressed and wanted to know where he could purchase one. The DC motor is perfectly quiet at all six speeds – all you hear on the higher speeds is the light sound of moving air. The DC motor is reversible for the winter months. I knew from the design the light would not be as bright as my old incandescent lighting but I have lamps in this space if I want more lighting. The options of the color temperature lighting is awesome, I prefer the 3000K and have always enjoyed dimming features to set the mood. It is quite a change learning to use a remote instead of a light switch but change is good and the remote comes with a wall holder if you desire its use. I used Velcro for remote control installation since I didn’t want to put holes in my freshly painted walls. The final test was to see if Sufucor was responsive to their customers and backed their product. They provided an email contact on their installation/user guide which was helpful. I happened to be missing one outer install screw to complete the installation (the missing screw did not interfere with operation). I immediately reached out to Sufucor’s customer service, and I’m not kidding, they had the screw delivered in two days – amazing. I also had some special requests that Sufucor kindly fulfilled in record time. They were such a pleasure to work with and I certainly feel confident if I have a future issue they will be there to provide support with their extensive warranty. My ceiling fan has been generating a consistent beach breeze for two months so all my research efforts paid off and I made a great choice.
