I have no manual on the exercises...how do I get one?

is the actual training the one where you have to breathe in and out very slowly (like 6-7s instead of usual 1.5-2) ?

It’s an electronic training device. Balanced breathing technique. Definitely not too fast nor slow. The 6-7s about right. Can have connection to computer for printout of progress. It’s a 2-3 week learning curve. Depends what you need it for. I recommend it more for physical, not asthma control.
