These lights are the perfect addition to any room that needs a little ambiance! There are multiple settings to use the lights on, and the pattern of the casings around the bulbs are beautiful against a tapestry or wall. I have two sets of these and the plug in option are awesome for longevity. The only drawback I’ve found is there doesn’t seem to be an option to turn them off on the control box, so they do have to be unplugged to turn them off, which is only really an inconvenience if they are plugged in to a hard to reach outlet.

Bought for use up in enclosed front porch ceiling and plugs in up at ceiling height too. Like that it’s plug in vs batteries. The lights have 8 different settings of steady or blinking versions, but every time the lights are turned off, then back on, it loses the setting you want it on, and also to mention, if you have several strands connected, they all go through all the settings but not in the same one at same time. So I have 3 streams going across ceiling, all blinking differently and going through changing. And now I’m supposed to go up and put each on the setting I want everyday. Husband getting rid of plugs in between so we’ll see if at least one controller will set the entire length at once. Still have to set it each time turned off and then on again otherwise they blink through all the settings. Not cool

SO I ordered these and I must admit it was a quick buy. I did not look at details. When I saw the rather small box I started laughing as if it were something with a toy in it, and I thought I'd better keep the packaging to send it back. You can find LED light strings about locally but not the selection available on Amazon. I wanted some lights for our Sukkah and thought something looking Arabesque would suit out Sfardic taste. So I said what the heck and opened the lights and looked them over. They're okay and kind of cute. They can cycle through different color though the controller doesn't seem to do much as to which when. But who wants to sit around flicking a button? The lights that came did have an connector plug at its end which would allow adding another string of lights. They are around 12' that would probably reach across a side of your Sukkah or gazebo.

These lights are cute. They have a variety of light settings (blinking, fading, continuous) and get plugged in. My only complaint was the electrical prongs aren't standard American, so they don't fit the outlet well. When they aren't snug in the outlet, they don't turn on. I remedied this by bending the prongs apart a bit, and that helped. Otherwise, the design on the lights are great and not cheaply made.

They make the atmosphere of certain rooms so nice! One of my favorite designs of small lights.

We use this at night for a living room night light. It shines down the hall well but is not too bright. Very pretty light strand!
