Just received my order the other day ,trying this product EEA POG flavor for first time . I've been using protein and amino acid product for over 2 decades. 1st taste is great n price is good also.the instructions call for 8 to 16 oz of water .I used 16 oz n 4 cubes of ice and the flavor was strong . But still tasted good so I added 2 more oz of water n 4 more cubes of ice .still taste good not watery with a very slight after taste. Look forward to buy again if they don't hike up the price!!.

I got this product because I’ve recently become obsessed with trying different brands and flavors of amino acids and this had a full spectrum of EAA’s and a pretty clean ingredient list compared to most. No dye and no caffeine which was what I wanted. It’s pretty decent for the price. I went for pineapple orange guava cause I like fruity flavors and it tastes decently fruity, kind of watered down fruity but I like it. These are best in ice cold water or shaken up and poured over ice. Nutrícost makes a variety of flavors and also has an unflavored one with no artificial sweeteners if that’s what you’re looking for. I Can usually tell how something affects me right away however I’m trying a couple different brands all at once so I will update review once I have fully experienced the product.

I was apprehensive about whether the Passion Fruit, Orange, and Guava (POG) would be able to mask the nasty bitter taste of plain EAA powder, but decided to try it. I loved it and there is no aftertaste! The tropical flavors provided enough tartness to balance out the sweetness. I found it refreshing to sip throughout the day, and that little bit of sweetness helps to curb the need to munch on a sweet snack. Because most sweetened powdered drinks are too syrupy sweet, I only use a half of a scoop in 20 oz. of iced water and that was the perfect amount of sweetness. I just refill my cup again with another half a scoop in the afternoon. Sipping this has helped to ensure I am staying hydrated throughout the day since I tend to not drink enough plain water.

A great habit to get into is to wake up, gulp 1 scoop of these EAAs in 16oz of water (the POG flavor is better than morning orange juice!) and do 30 minutes of cardio.

I loveeeeee this stuff!!!! Oh my gosh. It tastes amazinggggg (I got the POG flavor) and doesn’t upset my stomach. It mixes well, and doesn’t give me the jitters.

There is an odd taste to it. Maybes it's standard with EAA's, as I've had passion fruit flavors before and not had an issue. Not bad on stomach, easy to swallow, mixes find, but there's just something that's off on the palate with this.

The flavor is good, it isn’t amazing - but let’s be honest, supplements rarely taste “amazing.” I wanted something with favorable reviews and sugar free and this is both. I’ll definitely keep using it. I prefer it more watered down - it cuts the bitterness from the supplement and tastes like lightly flavored water, which I much prefer. I use it in my water when I workout.
