Q: What are the actual dimensions of each crate? I don't see that anywhere

Outer dimensions about 19" Length x 10.5" width by 9.75" hig. Each side is about a half inch thick so space you can actually use is about an inch less than that. Anything other than Bordeaux bottles and you won't get twelve bottles in. Usually I get nine.

Q: How tall do you think you can stack these?

I have four columns stacked together 10 high. I put the heavier boxes on the bottom and the lighter (half bottle boxes on the top)

Q: Do these crates have dividers to keep bottles separated during transport?

No. They don't have dividers. The have small guides to keep the bottles in place, but these crates are not meant for transport. While ideally, they would stack up nicely, sometimes they don't because the bottles may be too wide and bow out the plastic, so I would not stack and transport.

Q: Is there a way to secure these so they don't tip over during an earthquake?

While nothing is 100% earthquake proof - placing these against a foundation wall and having support on the sides of the weinboxes would add additional support. You can also use an L bracket to attach the weinbox and the foundation together
