This tea isnt super flavorful, but it does help lessen monthly cramps!! I mix a couple flavors in for a better tasting tea.There are a fair number of sticks in it, but that doesnt bother me.Good quality at a fair price. A pound of dried tea is way more than I thought it would be!Bought it for relief from cramps and it is effective if you drink 1 cup a day the week before and 1-2 cups per day the first couple days of the month. Working into my monthly routine for relief. Highly recommend!

Much larger bag than I was anticipating! The smell was delightfully pungent. I immediately made a 8 oz cup and it was so rich! Yum!! Color was also opaque. Came on time!

The media could not be loaded. Super fresh leaves, great to have plain or in herbal blends. The flavor itself is relatively mild, tasting similar to a nettle.I notice a bit of calm when I drink it, but not anything super noticeable. I’d put it somewhere between a nettle and a spearmint in terms of calming hormonal effects.

Our horses seemed to like the taste and some did react well to it too. Seemed to have a calming effect on my mare

Huge bag of loose leaf tea. I'm brewing it cold in a large pitcher. Tastes just like black iced tea. Very happy with the price and quality of this tea.
