Great eye cutters, they make the eyes so perfect that I've been asked a couple times if I'm using marbles for eyes! You do need a die grinder though, I tried it with my drill and it just wasn't powerfully enough.

work super for all eye applications on wood carving of animals

As soon as I opened the package I knew these bits were not going to cut. There are only 4 small notches in the rims of the bits. Nothing to actually cut into the wood. To be fair I tried 3 of the 1/4 inch bits on dry soft pine. They do not cut. Was only able to make a dent in the wood by wobbling the bit around with a lot of pressure. By then the bits were so hot they would burn your fingers if you tried to handle them. I hate to return anything but am debating on trying to return them because they are worthless or try to reshape them in my shop. Jack Weber
