I've been using these for just a few days but wanted to leave a review about the taste. I have tried so many supergreens/superfood gummies this year and all of them made me feel nauseous because I couldn't bear the taste. These ones actually taste good - and I'm super picky! It's a fruity/tropical kind of flavor and not too sweet or bitter. I'll be trying these ones out for the next month to see how effective they are but if you're like me and looking for something that is more bearable taste-wise, I really like these ones! Will update about the effectiveness after trying them out this month.

Not what I thought they would be.

Buy these! Trust me! I ordered Gruins, a 2 week supply because they are expensive. They smelled & tasted HORRIBLE. There's eight of them in a packet so you have to eat bad tasting gummies. I couldn't do it. This is my second time ordering these and these actually taste delicious and provide you with a whole lot of fruits and veggies and nutrients our bodies need. Especially if you're on a GLP 1. I highly recommend these they are really good and they have great ingredients
