can handle be folded? i"m short

Handle can’t be tilted or adjusted once it is assembled, if that’s what you’re asking. It is a comfortable height for me at 5’9”, but also my MIL is fine at 5’3”ish

can we use attachments on it for placing other brands car seats?

Hello and thank you for your interest in the Contours Itsy Stroller. Unfortunately, this stroller model is not compatible with any infant car seats. The stroller seat supports a child from 6 months up to 40 lb. We hope this helps!

Can you take this as personal item on frontier airline?

Thank you for your question. We recommend checking with your airline, as most airlines require all strollers to be gate-checked. The Folded dimensions with carry handle are 10.5” L x 11” W x 22” H and the folded dimensions without carry handle are 10.5” L x 11” W x 19.5” H. We hope this helps!
