Love my new bread machine!
I have a son that devours bread like it's candy, we go through at least 2 loaves a week of the store bought bread. We live 45 minutes from civilization, so it's not like I can just run and get bread really quick. The words I dread most are "mom we are out of bread". He is a sandwich eating machine. It really bothered me how the store bought stuff has so many preservatives in it and I wanted to make my own, but I'm working outside all day and don't have time to babysit dough and get it in the oven. I thought I would get a bread machine so I didn't have to fiddle with all of that. It takes me about 10 minutes worth of prep and I can push start and forget about it for several hours! I love that I know what's in our bread now too. I absolutely love that I can get up in the morning, start the bread machine, go work outside, and by lunch we have a loaf that's ready. And I have significantly fewer dishes to wash too than if I used my stand mixer. I've tried several of the recipes that came with the machine, the sweet bread was my favorite. I found one for Hawaiian bread that I wanted to try and I absolutely LOVE it. It's amazing for everything from sandwiches to cheese toast, or just to eat plain. I'll put the recipe at the end of this review because I had to tweak it for this specific bread machine. We are currently in the process of building a home after a cross country move so we are living in our camper and I needed something that didn't take up a bunch of room. This machine has a fairly small footprint which I appreciate. I also like the little suction cup feet on it so I don't have to worry about it sky diving off the counter. It has, in my opinion, way too many instructions lol, it was a little overwhelming at first, but I'm glad it does have so much information included in the little booklet. I kind of measure from the heart a lot and it makes it sound like your bread will go crazy of you don't measure absolutely perfect, but I've done some measuring from the heart and it's all been okay so far. Sometimes a loaf might give the viewing window a warm embrace, but that's okay. I haven't had much bread machine experience but this machine feels well made. I usually use my stand mixer but it took a tumble off of a shelf last year and when I make dough it bucks like crazy, plus it's very heavy, so this machine makes making frequent loaves sooooo much easier. I don't have to drag out the heavy stand mixer and I don't have to babysit dough, win-win. I haven't had any trouble removing the bread from the pan either, it slides right out every time. It kinda sucks that the paddle leaves such a big "belly button" in the bread, but I'll take that trade off. I've seen where some people stop and remove the paddle before the bake cycle but I don't have time for that. If I was giving it as a gift I might bake it in another pan in the oven, but for daily use I can deal with the belly button. I haven't used the mix function yet but I'm looking forward to that. My sister in law uses her bread machine mostly for mixing and loves it. I might try it when I make my garlic knots next time since my poor stand mixer is having a problem. Here is the recipe for the Hawaiian bread. It's amazing! 3/4 cup (6oz) pineapple juice (canned not fresh) 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp melted butter 6 tbsp milk 2 1/2 tbsp honey (or more! Measure w your heart!!) 3/4 tsp salt 3 cups bread flour 1 1/2 tsp rapid rise yeast Warm all wet ingredients except the egg to about 115 degrees, add to bread pan, then add egg. Add flour, make an indent in the flour and add the yeast. Run program #3 for sweet bread, 2lbs, light crust. You have to try this stuff it is so good!!

Excellent bread machine with multiple functions
I bought this machine mainly to make bread, but I was pleasantly surprised by the number of functions it offers. It allows you to prepare not only bread, but also pizza, cakes, yogurt and many other recipes, since it has 19 different programs. It is very easy to use, even for people without previous experience, and the results are excellent. The food is well cooked and has a very good texture. Without a doubt, it is a very versatile and practical appliance for the home. I loved it and I totally recommend it.

Wonderful overall, and it's a worthy investment
I absolutely LOVE this bread maker! My husband and I have been using it almost daily since we got it, since the bread gets eaten so fast! It is really convenient to use, and the quality of the machine and any provided tools are wonderful. It has recipes in the guidebook for many types of bread, as well as random things like pizza dough or jams. It can make 1, 1.5, or 2 pounds of bread. The loafs come out beautifully, and it's very similar to if I made bread by hand! I accidentally bought normal flour instead of best-for-bread flour, and it still worked amazingly. Since it is a bread maker, it will leave a hole in the bottom of your bread, but I personally have no issues with it. The guide that comes with the bread maker includes a lot of troubleshooting tips for every issue I have ever needed help with. It can tell you how to fix your bread if it is too sticky, too flat, or a variety of other issues. The bread maker is very easy to clean. The product is handwash only, but for me that is no bother. It is easier for me to clean than normal pots or pans. It is a very convenient size, and it sits nicely on a counter and can fit under a cupboard easily. It is important to read all the instructions before using, since some things may affect the loaf that comes out. You do need to watch the machine for the first five minutes of it mixing the ingredients to make sure everything is getting mixed and nothing is stuck to the sides, but after that you can leave it alone until the bread is done! In the instructions, it states this, but since the pan is nonstick, only wooden, plastic, or rubber tools should be used to adjust anything within it. The machine will warm your bread for up to an hour after baking. The bread will only take 3 hours and 5 minutes maximum to make (that time is for a 2lb loaf). The bread maker can also defrost or cook normal food items, making it very versatile! The photo attached is the first loaf I ever made with it.

Works good but need to use more
Easy to read recipes with list and amounts of ingredients that come with the instructions. Pretty quiet sounding. Nice size to leave on counter. I really like to suction cups in the bottom help it to not move while mixing. I’m not one to read directions first they come after I can’t figure it out on my own. I only made one loaf so far and it rose then sunk in the middle. I like that the instruction manual also includes troubleshooting tips to try to figure out what you did wrong. I’m just not sure what is was so will try again. Will also be good for just making dough into proper form. I really like it and can’t wait to try again.

Great Bread Maker for the Price
I really love this bread maker and use it all the time. For the price, the quality is better than I expected. It’s straightforward to use, and the controls are easy to figure out without constantly checking the manual. I like having the option to choose between three different loaf sizes, depending on how much bread I want to make. The bread turns out good and consistent, with a nice texture every time. The machine feels sturdy and well built, not flimsy or cheap. Cleanup is simple, and it doesn’t take up more space than necessary on the counter. Overall, it’s a solid bread maker at a small price. If you want reliable homemade bread without spending a lot, this one is worth it.

Wonderful bread machine
I have been making bread in bread machines for about 35 years. This machine is perfect! It's small, not heavy and doesn't take a lot of room on my counter top, yet will make a 2lb loaf of bread like a larger machine. The loaves come out perfect every time. I appreciated the measuring cup and spoon that came with it also. It comes with good instructions and recipes. If you are a beginner, pay attention to what they say - some of the things they mentioned I learned the hard way over the years. Love the color, too. Very retro which fits in with my kitchen style. Works like a charm. Very pleased and I highly recommend this!

I love this thing!
I love this machine. I've had it a little bit now and use it several times a week. The breads we have tried have always come out so well. You really have to follow the directions in the manual, and add the ingredients in the order they show them. I've used the mix function a lot as well, and the pizza dough function is super handy. Having it proof your dough perfectly is *chefs kiss.* My family has loved making their own hot, fresh homemade pizza on movie nights. If you're looking for a good machine that's not very expensive that will do the job... This machine is it. It's easy to use and easy to clean. I dont know why it took me so long to get one. I love it!

Good value for the money
Works great and first loaf of bread perfection. Directions are ridiculous and appear to be written by someone who does not cook. Use only their T or tsp as none other are accurate they state is ridiculous. Pain in the neck to measure out 14 T of water to make a loaf of bread. SO I use my own measuring spoons and cups as I did with my old bread machine and of course bread is perfect. Accurate measurements are important but their instructions are over kill. Ignore and buy the machine and use your commonsense. Recipes are skimpy. Go online to flour company and get lots of free recipes and guidance from experts.
