Can this be installed on a 3Gal FF

I do not understand the FF. If it is a flat (not curved) surface and if you can get your hand inside to fasten the internal locking nut the answer is yes. Functions well. Easily installed. The only problem I have is that you cannot (or I have not found out how) purchase the valve without the boring tool. So, 3 valves, 3 boring tools.

Couldn’t you use any wine or beer spigot for fast fermenter?

Certainly, in fact this is the same plastic spigot you will find on the majority of buckets. This comes with the tool for drilling the correct sized hole properly without voiding your warranty.

I’m actually blind so I cannot see the picture. What material is the valve made out of? Plastic or stainless or brass?

The valve is plastic. The drill bit to create the hole in brass. The valve is exactly what you would get with other bottling buckets.
