Q: Is this oil or water?

It is a gel consistency. Water based. Foamy after adding water.

Q: Why the product doesn't have any seal? (Neither package or bottle). It looks fake to me. How did you receive yours?

i got thw product from their website and sephora but it seems the bottle here in amazon is different. i ask agent from amazon if this is genuine and advice me to return. i dont know if this is fake or not because it is shipped and sold by the amazon.

Sulwhasoo 2019 version is renewal. Amazon's photo and description is old version. Could you check Sulwhasoo official site?

We sell only newly manufactured products. Most of Sulwhasoo cosmetics were manufactured in 2017 and it will be expired in 2020. Thanks for your question! :)
