This high quality liquid protein was recommended to me after I had my hip replacement surgery. It seems to have been beneficial to my recovery. While it is thick like syrup it was not too bad to drink on it's own. However it is very rich and sweet. I would just take it and wash it down with water. The ingredients are simply stated and this is a very reputable product.

Easy to mix, good tasting

Good, quick, tasty way to get protein. It does have an odd taste to it but i drink 30 ml then chase it with sprite. If you don't breathe through your nose you won't even taste it. And the taste isn't even really bad. Definitely has a grape like flavor.

If you're struggling to get enough protein in your diet this is a must have. My aunt on dialysis was recommended this by her dietitian. It supports would healing, hair growth, clear skin, energy, and overall healthy bodily functioning. It is thick and sticky, but I just put it in water, stir it, down it. 4 stars only because of the stickiness and taste.

This liqua cel has the texture of honey and is extremely hard to get down. Grape was bearable, peach was just as awful. I don’t think I could do any other flavor. I cannot imagine having to try the unflavored. Yuck. THAT BEING SAID, after any major surgery, as we all know, protein is the main thing that heals you and heals you well. That’s why this is so great for weight loss surgery patients. A small dose is all you need. It’s hard to get down thought the texture is rough for me personally. That’s why this is great for skin removal surgery or any major surgery. The smell is great, it mixes well, it is effective, I kept it in the fridge and then would pour what I needed and let it come close to room temperature before taking and the size is a good deal. Definitely worth getting and consuming.

Item arrived quickly. The amount of protein for 1oz is a great way to get that extra protein in for wounds and difficulty chewing and/or swallowing. Taste isn't bad either, kinda sweet and sour. Can always be mixed with water or juice to help drink it if you do t care for it plain.

3 stars for taste! It is VERY sweet and I don't like it this sweet.

my husband mixes it with OJ and then he drinks it twice a day. Wound healing so quickly!!
