Digestion Connection Exclusive Expanded Edition

While available at the library, I had to get my own copy because it is such a thorough well written pertinent complete documentation of what is needed for digestive health. I was so impressed with the library copy, I simply had to order it online. There are so many pressures on the human system in today 's toxic world, it is a breath of fresh air to have such book available at my fingertips when seeking answers to health questions. Convenience is so important to me. The research discovered in the book poses answers to question I never thought to ask!. I am much more knowledgeable now on what is necessary, useful, and optional for good inner health. I recommend Digestion Connection to all who are looking for the top authority on the subject. This is it in my opinion. This is a book to hug in thanksgiving and keep it near. I do.

This book was assigned to me for a class but it's been a great tool for encouraging me to change my diet. I know certain foods are bad for me but understanding the mechanism behind what it's doing in my body and how it's manifesting as symptoms I am experiencing was really the most helpful.

Haven't had time to read it all yet, but just thumbing through it and skimming some of it, it looks really interesting, and like it will be a great help! For the price, you can't beat it. So many things to learn, to keep yourself away from Dr.s and big Pharmacy drugs, that will do you harm! Natural is best, and this book looks like it has tons of ideas for you to try and get healthy!

If you have IBS you will love this book. Down to earth practical solutions. Within a week of making some dietary changes I feel in control for the first time in years.

This book is the best thing I’ve read in all my nutrition classes. It’s organized well and the protocols in the book are great for people who have no prior nutrition knowledge as well as those that do.

The book is good, but a little verbose. I would like to be able to look up a concern and find the reason at that point, but this book expects you to read each prior page in order to understand the current one.

I first saw this book in an advertisement from a health magazine and the price was expensive. I found it on Amazon at a more reasonable price and in good used condition. I'm so glad I bought this book. It contains a wealth of information about our digestive systems, and it is helping me get healthy.

Her writing style is detailed and easy to understand. I have been using herbook to solve my acid reflux, gasitris and yeast issues. It is proving to be a blessing.After my problems are resolved we plan to use the information in the book tohelp my mother with her digestive problems.

Very disappointing. I thought the book would address acid reflux and GERD problems and solutions. There were a couple obscure references to these problems and no specific solutions. I returned the booked and am having issues getting my refund.
