Samsung Galaxy Official 45W Super Fast Charger 2.0 (with USB-C to C Data Cable), Black

Genuine Samsung charger, providing fast charging to my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. I’ve been using this charger for a little while now and it has worked faultlessly. It’s compact and easy to take on holiday and has a great cable length so you don’t have to stretch to the plug when charging.

Brilliant charger. It is a super fast charger as it states. Its superfast charging 2.0. My S25 Ultra had 62% battery and when plugged in, it took 9 minutes to charge to 100%. Charging plug feels premium and is weighty. The charge cable is a decent length around 2 metres. Of your looking for a genuine Samsung Superfast charger supporting 2.0 charging this is the one to get. I can also confirm im not a bot leaving a review and im from the UK. Charger was delivered by Royal Mail, not Amazon. Postage speed was good. 2 days from ordering.

This is a super solid ultrafast charger for devices that can do ultrafast charging. It is what it is and does what it says it will do. Whether or not I am overcharging some devices that do not have ultrafast charging I do not know. I suppose time will tell and the clue will be in a shortened battery life duty cycle. Although it is priced higher than other units on offer, I wanted a Samsung charger for a Samsung device and a backup for the ultrafast charger that came in the box. I have no regrets with the spend and the device performs as expected.

Initially impressed with charging time. Inexplicably just stopped working after 15 months. Was out on my way to work and realised my phone only had 4% battery left, first thing in the morning, having taken it for granted that it had charged overnight as usual - won't do that again. Checked the cable afterwards to make sure (thinking that was more likely to be the point of failure) but it's definitely the charger itself. For a product that (at the time) cost in the region of £50, this just isn't acceptable - and of course the warranty period is now up. I'll be opting for a cheaper Anker product after this, since I've yet to have any reliability/longevity issues with them in the past.

Condition: New" Bought for a phone, now using for phone and tablet - saves mucking around having just one for both Samsungs. No issues to note at all, I use metal charging stands AND a desk fan for warmer weather - this charger can get hot at 45W and a charge time of 30-60 minutes; but generally it does not get that hot in cooler weather. I was not going to risk getting a 3rd party charger and bought FBA - could not get it SOLD by amazon - no problems, genuine article. The cable is ridiculously long but has a more gentle curve so less strain on your charging ports. I bought 2 other chargers (essentially this one with shorter cables) but have not used them yet, this one is fine and at less than an hour, I'm quite happy to charge one after the other if needed, although rarely do both phone & tablet need charged on same day - I get 2-3 days on the phone and can get 2 days on the tablet.

The charger is super fast and it's heavier duty than the standard one, its cable is long and sturdy too. Overall I'm happy with it.
