I Love FitAides! Highly Recomend
Love Fit Ade! This is the recovery ones but I actually drink them while running or working out. Not too much caffine but a great energy boost! They taste great and are a great value for the money!Everything came packaged well with no leakage. Highly recomend product and seller!

Perfect post run drink
I first discovered Fitaid at all the Spartan races. Too bad Spartan no longer offers them at races. This has to be my favorite post run/workout drink. Fitaid is pricey but its benefits make the price worth it. I love that it doesn't have any artificial flavors or sweeteners. It has a ton of essentials for recovery like BCAA’s, electrolytes, glucosamine, quercetin, and vitamins B, C, D and E. Add this drink to your subscribe and save to get a discount.

Great for Shooting Immediately Post Workout
Like many who came before me, I discovered these at my gym. The first time I had one I thought they tasted weird. Then I had another. Then another. Then...you get it. These make me feel much better post-workout (WOD). They seem to aid in recovery and my overall physical disposition following a WOD, especially the grinders where you just get through it 1 rep/round at a time. I recommend these for anyone who can handle them. I say that because my wife cannot drink these without experiencing reflux. In fairness, she has that same issue with another popular post-workout/recovery drink which shall remain nameless (it-that-shall-not-be-named). I have never experienced this issue. These go down smoothly for me.

Worth it i enjoy the flavor and benefits
I have been drinking Fit aid for year. The flavor is yummy too me I know others have try is and did not like it. I suggest you buy a single drink from the story before ordering this

It was okay... but not my flavor of choice.
I had the lemon one and honestly… Not the greatest taste. It was surprisingly bitter and sour, but not in a good way. I would not buy it again, but you do get a good value for your money if that's the flavor you like. The carbonation was good, and it definitely wasn't flat. Just not my choice of flavors I would say.

In the past I have made my own recovery drink mixes, but after moving to Australia I found the ingredients harder to source. This drink has all of the good stuff that I would use in my own recipes, is low on sugar/calories, and is far far better than any of the awful "Sports Drinks" on the market.

My drinks came frozen my cans were all swollen and one had burst, I know it’s cold outside but this shouldn’t happen I paid $80 for these. Not a happy customer
