Great Shoulder Workout After Swimming – Like Water Weights!
I use these after my swim sessions to build shoulder strength — kind of like doing a light dumbbell set, but in the water. Just 10 minutes with these and you feel it. Simple, effective, and solid quality. A great training tool.

Great fit.
Great paddles for purpose. They have a raised palm indent which enhances fit and would be beneficial if used strapless. My hand measures 4 x7 inches.Medium fit perfect but I sized up for more resistance.

They work well, the harness made of .25" silicon rubber is quite good, you can get more from Amazon searching for silicone rubber oring material.

Sporti vs Speedo
I previously owned Speedo paddles, so I can compare the Speedo to the Sporti.The round rubber straps on the Sporti have a solid core and are stiffer than the Speedo hollow tube straps. The Sporti solid core seems more durable for a longer life before the rubber degrades and breaks.The Sporti has much fewer holes and a comfortable palm support bump, and I noticed greater thrust when paddling due to the fewer holes. The Speedo has a lot of holes which creates turbulence in the palm area which massages the palm.The Speedo has some stylish artwork on the top side, the Sporti is simpler.Last but not least the Sporti has a lower price than the Speedo.

These paddles, give you a wonderful workout also keeps my hands flat on the paddle versus having to worry about cupping them while I swim
