I have the bushbox xl and have loved playing around with it over the last year. I ordered this as its pretty cool to accessorise, and this looked like a useful stand/case. I haven't used it yet, but I can see its really well made and fits the stove perfectly both as a stand and a case. The bushbox will fit in this along with the xl grill, but only if you have the trivets attached on the outside. Tbh the space it takes up and the added weight aren't really important to me, I just want a nice sturdy base for the stove, and it'll be handy to use as a tinder tray for fatwood shavings. I'll probably still put the whole lot inside the black cordura case that the stove originally came in just to keep it all together. Overall would definitely recommend. If I'm being picky it is quite expensive for a bit of shaped steel, but you could say that about the whole bushbox package but its totally worth it and will last forever

Just makes an already great stove that much better. Adds serious stability as well as helping protect the gound/surface the stove is set on. This really should be included with the stove as I have found it to be a "no-brainer" now that we have used it in the field. It really is a must-have if you are going to be using anything on your stove that has some heft to it. It fits tight and therefore locks the stove in place making it perfect for cast-iron skillets or that full size coffee pot.
