I recently purchased this ladder, and it is exactly what I was looking for. My primary needs were for a ladder that could easily adjust to different heights, be tall enough for various tasks, and could be used without needing a wall or any other form of support. This ladder checks all those boxes and more.One of the standout features is its ability to be used independently, thanks to its stable design. It can be fixed securely in place without any support, making it ideal for tasks that require freestanding stability. When placed against a wall, it extends up to 18 feet, which is perfect for reaching my roof and other high areas.The ladder is also easy to manage and carry, which is a huge plus. It even comes equipped with a wheel, making it incredibly convenient to move around, even for someone who might not have a lot of upper body strength.In terms of build quality, this ladder is incredibly sturdy. I have no doubt that it will last for years, even with regular use. First of all, When the ladder arrived, it was missing the wheels and one spare tab. I sent an email to the support team and within one half hour they responded back. Three days later, I received the missing parts in the mail. Their customer support is outstanding. Kudos to them. As far as the ladder goes, I used it to put Halloween/Christmas lights on my very tall Blue Spruce tree and it was great. The other users that complained about the stability of the ladder, weren't using it properly. If you take the rungs up starting one at a time from the top until you get it to the right level, it doesn't have those issues. If you take the rungs up several at one time, leaving several together at the top, then yes you will have issues. Just leave the unused rungs at the bottom. If I had any complaints is that it needs levelers on the legs. When using on uneven ground, I had to place boards under the low spots on the ground to keep it level. I had a different ladder that didn't have the levelers and had the same problem. Maybe, the manufacturer will come out with an upgrade that can be added to the ladder to correct this. Overall, the ladder works as advertised and I am very happy with it.

I was using the ladder to put up Christmas lights and one of the locks didn’t hold and part of the ladder slid down while I was on it it and the ladder fell and I slammed my head in the ground. Luckily it was on my lawn but if it was concrete I very well could have died

We like this ladder that has a handy detachable tool pouch. The length extension is more than enough for our work. Its portable pulley design does help it to be moved around easily, Good job!

The media could not be loaded. I think I have to return it , its not stable at all !!!! I gave it one start , but really it should have ZERO stars
