This plier set is precisely what I expected--a fairly decent set of pliers. They don't cost much--a brand name set will cost 3-4 times as much--and I think they are a good value for the price. They work, they had a light coating of oil on them to ensure no rust on their long sea voyage from China, and they should be serviceable for several years. This is a second, back up set for me. If you want top quality, you'll have to pay top prices. I knocked off one star as the plastic pouch to put them in is already tearing--I've purchased trash bags that were of a greater thickness!

Good value for a set of pliers for around the house!

Product is as described. Its a decent in-home plier set that should work for most issues coming up. They appear to be short-lived compared to top brands (old-school Craftsman) but should serve fine for sporadic home use for many years, and come at a much more economical price. Its an item that fits a casual need at a decent price, but I wouldn't think a professional would opt for them for daily use needs.

awesome tools. Ive had these for a few years and they have held up nicely. I used them around the house and the handles havent worn out and they have been up to par for whatever the task.

Not the best ..but for once in a while projects it serves it's function

Nice pliers but they seem to rust easily. Dont allow them to get wet without wiping them down after done using them.
