Comfortable… but gave me headaches
I really wanted to love this pillow based on the great reviews, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me. The material and design feel high quality, and I can see how it might help some people with neck pain — but for me, I actually started waking up with headaches and stiffness after a few nights of use. I think the shape didn’t match the natural curve of my neck, and it may have tilted my head slightly in a way that caused tension. I tried both height options, but neither felt quite right. That said, the memory foam is soft yet supportive, and the cover is breathable and easy to wash — so I can see the appeal. It just didn’t fit my body type or sleeping style. If you're someone who’s sensitive to pillow height or has a flatter sleep posture, just be cautious. Everyone’s neck alignment needs are different.

The pillow was enticing to buy based on the description, but the worst pillow I’ve ever purchased
Everything I could’ve imagined went wrong with this pillow. This was the worst pillow I’ve ever purchased in my life and I was thinking that it was the greatest pillow based on everything shown in the picture description and everything described in writing. The only thing I can say that is correct about the description is that it is thick & the pillow case material is soft. There is zero cooling effect. This pillow is priced high and the quality is low. The written description that specifically enticed me to purchase this pillow was the following: “【SLOW REBOUND HIGH QUALITY MEMORY FOAM】The neck support pillow is made of high quality CertiPUR-US certified rebound memory foam. Premium quality firm and not too soft for maximum comfort and great relaxation of your head, neck, shoulders and back muscles when you lie on your back or side.” There is no type of rebound memory foam in this pillow. It states quality firm and not too soft for maximum comfort. This is not the case at all. This pillow is the hardest pillow I’ve ever laid my head on. It states that it can be used two different ways to achieve comfort as in height. I tried both ways. Neither way worked. It stated that it is for people who lay on their side, their stomach or their back. The way this pillow is shaped it provides zero comfort anyway it’s laid on. Did maintain the shape retention? Yes because the pillow basically does not move out of shape because it’s hard and the pillowcase keeps it exactly in place for no movement whatsoever. As far as the pillowcase they mention- the pillow does have a case on it and it’s removable so you can wash it, but if you’re the type of person who wants to protect the pillow with a pillow protector, there’s no type of protector to purchase for this shape of pillow. Basically you’re laying on the pillowcase, not protecting the pillow. That’s a minor downside. The major downside is the ergonomics of this pillow is absolutely terrible. The picture description shows people with doctor jackets showing athumbs up. From personal experience, I don’t see how any doctor could recommend this pillow. I let it sit for 24 hours before I used it. The very first night I got less than four hours of sleep because I tossed and turned trying to get my head comfortable on this pillow. The paperwork in the box says to give the pillow three weeks for your head to adjust to the “memory foam.“ I laid on a second night and I woke up with a headache in the morning. Who would want to lay on a pillow for three weeks with the attempt to make the pillow work for what they call “the memory foam” feature? I see that as three weeks of literally no sleep! Fortunately, I kept the box but discarded the plastic that it came wrapped in. On the side of the box was an email if you were dissatisfied. I emailed my dissatisfaction and it took about a week for a reply, but fortunately after some emailing back and forth, as they requested pictures to show them my dissatisfaction. This was a little difficult to do so I actually sent them 2 pictures of my sleep app for the 2 nights I slept on the pillow which captures how much sleep I get each night. This was all they needed to issue me a full refund and I donated this pillow to my church who collects clothing and bedding items. I thought maybe this pillow may work for somebody? I’m not one to throw things in the garbage, even though my first thought was that that was exactly where this pillow belonged. It surely did not work for me. I suggest from my personal opinion you think twice about purchasing this and please by all means read the reviews that are in the one and two star category. I do not recommend at all.

I was skeptical.
However, I am sleeping better, with less cervical pain. While I'm not pain free, I have hope that the help this pillow provides will continue to help. I did purchase it based on other positive reviews. It is more expensive than most, but I'm satisfied it is worth the coin. I am puzzled by the "with pillow cover" in the description. While this may be technically true, I put it inside a pillow cover that matches the other used by my partner. It would be silly to use it, otherwise.

Not for side sleepers, and aggravated allergies
This pillow is comfortable if you are strictly a back sleeper. In that position, it did alleviate neck pain. However, I switch between my sides and my back throughout the night, and it just wasn't thick enough for the side sleeping. I tried a week with another pillow under it, but then it was too high for back sleeping. The bigger issue I had was the material. Yes, it smelled very strong for a few days, but once that passed, I was waking up with a very congested nose every morning. (And I'd wake up throughout the night because I couldn't breathe.) I take Claritin D for allergies, but I was still congested. I decided to go back to one of my other pillows, and congestion was gone. So whatever this is made of, it definitely caused me sinus issues...even after 2 weeks of use. I'm sure most won't have this problem, but if you tend to be more sensitive to odors, etc., just know that this may aggravate your sinuses.

Good for night headaches but fairly uncomfortable
I’ve been using this pillow for about two weeks. I would have to say that it DID stop my night headaches but besides of that is fairly uncomfortable. For me its to high in both ways, the spikes on the side tangle my hair, my neck feels stiff, it moves to much so i have to settle it a lot of times in one night… i hope it gets better with time

Happy camper
Great pillow! No more ear pain from laying on my side for too long! Great recovery foam when I turn over. I give it four stars because I don’t think it’s best for stomach sleepers. Just too wide to get my arms around. But no more achy neck!

Didn't work for me...
I was looking for a pillow that could improve my quality of sleep and purchased this due to the generally favorable ratings. The first couple of nights I used this pillow, I barely slept at all. The pillow has a concave design meant to cradle your head, and the memory foam looks like it would be firm and comfortable. However, I sleep exclusively on my right side, and I believe this pillow would be more helpful for people who sleep on their backs. I continued using the pillow for ten restless nights before ditching it and going back to my conventional pillows. I simply found this pillow uncomfortable and could not get used to it. If you are a side sleeper, you should probably pass on this.
