Great taste and works well. Just make sure the room you're sleeping in is temperature adequate. Too warm and it won't help as much.

"Startling" experiences
Zzz Quil does not always help me fall asleep, but it does help me wake up less and go back to sleep quicker. Which is great because several times I have woken up as if startled and "see" or "hear" something as I am in an in-between state. The best one was waking up and "seeing" a lion peek over the side of the bed at me. These experiences have only happened when I took Zzz Quil.
